Michael Scholtes earned his B.A. from the University of California at Santa Cruz and his law degree from Hastings College of the Law, University of California, San Francisco in 1979. He is admitted to practice in all Courts of the State of California, U.S. Federal Court, Northern District of California and the California Court of Appeals.
